Krzysztof Domarecki - Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Selena Group, a global manufacturer of construction chemicals, which is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and whose revenue in 2014 exceeded PLN 1.1 billion. He also invests in companies in the areas of energy, mining of raw materials and new technologies. For his achievements he won the title of “Entrepreneur of the Year” in the category of Social Responsibility as part of a competition organised by EY; the title of “the one who changes Polish industry”, awarded by the Nowy Przemysł magazine, the Award of the President of Wroclaw for “placing the economy of Wroclaw in the global network of connections and building a recognizable company brand”, and in recognition of his contribution to the development of Polish-Chinese relations he was awarded a medal commemorating the 65th anniversary of establishment of relations between Poland and the PRC.
Małgorzata Tlałka - Długosz
Representative of Poland and France in alpine skiing, multiple Polish and French Champion, participant of Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo in 1984 and in Calgary in 1988, multiple medallist of the European Cup and the World Cup, Champion at the 1991 Winter Universiade in Sapporo. Initiator and founder of the HANDICAP Zakopane Foundation, which facilitates the integration of people with different psycho-physical capabilities.
Has 12 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital funds and the development of corporate strategy gained among others at Raiffeisen Investment, Nordic venture capital funds and the Selena Group. An MBA graduate of the University of Stockholm and FIA Business School in São Paulo, Brazil.
President of the Management Board: Piotr Długosz
PhD, Eng., Graduate of AGH University of Science and Technology and UNU in Reykjavik, Iceland. Founder and first President of Geotermia Podhalańska from 1994 to 2004; since 2004, a consultant working for the World Bank and UNDP in Georgia, Armenia and Russia, and owner of a company designing geothermal facilities in Poland in: Mszczonów, Gostynin, Białka Tatrzańska, Toruń and in Oravice, Slovakia.

In the years 2007–2010 member of the Management Board of Kopalnie Surowców Skalnych SA, responsible for strategic projects of Selena FM SA, as well as Bank of Montreal and Nexfor Inc. in Canada, an MBA graduate of Ivey Business School in Canada.
